叠穿不只靠外套，吊带和衬衫也能用

一说叠穿，很容易想到再加件外套。看 Ungrid 这组秋冬造型，我更想借鉴的是：先换衣服的位置，不急着增加件数。

Layering often makes us think of adding another jacket. What I would borrow from Ungrid’s autumn/winter looks is a different approach: change where a garment sits before adding more pieces.

01卫衣外系格纹衬衫，先从衣服的位置开始变化。A checked shirt tied over a sweatshirt changes the outfit by moving a garment to a different position.

卫衣外面系一件格纹衬衫，袖子负责打结，下摆在短裤外散开；换成长裤，牛仔上衣也可以放到腰间。日常试穿时先选薄一点的，坐下来看看结会不会顶住身体，布料会不会堆在裤裆。

A checked shirt tied over a sweatshirt uses its sleeves for the knot and lets its hem spread over the shorts. With long trousers, a denim top can sit at the waist in the same way. For everyday wear, start with a thinner piece. Sit down to check whether the knot presses against your body or the fabric bunches at the crotch.

吊带也不必一直藏在里面。放到长袖外面，会多出一组领口；有领内搭穿进吊带裙，领子还能继续露出来。先检查领口和袖窿，别为了叠这一层把里面的衣服拉紧。

A camisole does not always have to stay underneath. Over a long-sleeved top, it creates another neckline. A collared layer inside a camisole dress can keep its collar visible too. Check the neckline and armholes first; the added layer should not pull the garment underneath tight.

但不用每套都照做。长衬衫盖着裙边、牛仔外套里面已经有内搭时，原来的几层关系就够清楚，再系一件反而容易堆。

There is no need to do this with every outfit. When a long shirt already overlaps a skirt, or a denim jacket already has a visible inner layer, those relationships can be clear enough. Another piece tied around the waist may simply add bulk.

02牛仔上衣系在长裤外；试穿时检查结的位置和布料覆盖。A denim top tied over long trousers: check where the knot sits and how much fabric it covers.

Try it both ways.打开、扣上，都看一眼

这篇参考的是单品的位置变化，不是要求复制整套，也不把每一处覆盖都认成可拆卸单品。

The useful reference here is the change in a garment’s position. It does not require copying the entire outfit, or assuming that every overlapping section is a separate, removable piece.

06西装外套、长内搭与牛仔半裙已有三层，先把现有几层穿清楚。The blazer, long inner layer and denim skirt already form three layers. Start by making those existing layers work.

07腰前牛仔层形成短裙般的覆盖，下方仍露出裤腿；这里只观察效果。The denim section across the front creates skirt-like coverage while trouser legs remain visible. This is an observation of the result, not a claim that the section is detachable.

08整套牛仔已有外套和内搭，保留这一组就可以，不必再硬加一层。This denim outfit already includes a jacket and an inner layer. Those pieces can be enough.

09外叠检查领口与袖窿，系腰后坐一下，太挤或太厚就减一层。Check the neckline and armholes when layering on top. Sit down after tying a piece at the waist; remove a layer if it feels tight or bulky.
